1. Platform Nature & Scope
Ujjain Sanatani Hotels operates as a pilgrimage facilitation, tour coordination, and hotel discovery platform based in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. By submitting an enquiry or booking a service, you agree to these operational terms.
2. Hotel Booking & Stay Terms
- Check-in & Check-out: Standard check-in is typically 12:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM, unless specific 24-hour flexible terms are confirmed with properties near the railway station.
- Government ID: All Indian adult guests must present original government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) during check-in. PAN Card is generally not accepted for identity verification at hotels.
- Satvik Code of Conduct: In accordance with Sanatani hospitality ethics, consumption of non-vegetarian food, alcohol, and prohibited substances is strictly forbidden inside all partner properties.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because our MVP system is enquiry-based, no advance platform reservation fee is deducted on this website. Any advance room deposit paid directly to a hotel partner is subject to the individual hotel's cancellation schedule:
- Cancellations 48+ hours before check-in: Full refund or date alteration (subject to room availability).
- Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in or during peak festive dates (Mahashivratri, Sawan, Nag Panchami): Subject to one night retention charge by the hotel.
Ujjain Sanatani Hotels is an independent private pilgrimage travel brand. We are not an official government agency, nor are we the official Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple Management Committee. We do not sell temple darshan tickets, nor do we claim official partnerships unless specifically declared. All temple protocols, entry tokens, and Bhasma Aarti slots are exclusively determined and managed by the temple trust.
